Nader Al Douhan

Nader Al Douhan has over 25 years of experience with Aramco in Downstream, Upstream, and Corporate Services. He is currently Director of DS International Retail at Aramco. Al Douhan holds a BSc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma (1996), and is a graduate of Wharton Business School Executive Program (2019).

Nader joined Aramco Upstream in 1997 and worked in various surface and sub-surface leadership roles before joining HR & Corporate Services (HR&CS) in 2019 Director of Aramco Homeownership Program. Nader oversaw master planning and execution of new company homeownership projects in addition to facility management of existing housing/office complexes serving Aramco operations.

In 2019, Al Douhan was assigned to Downstream Fuels to spearhead introduction of Aramco retail brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from ideation to realization. The project was executed in Nov 2022 through launch of the first Aramco branded station in Riyadh under the Aramco-TotalEnergies retail joint venture.

In 2021, Nader has been focused on executing Saudi Aramco’s international retail strategy to secure transportation fuels placement and expand Aramco retail brand presence on a global scheme. Al Douhan is also responsible for overseeing Aramco’s international retail businesses, stand-alone or integrated.

He is currently serving on the Board of Aramco Retail & Lubricants Company (KSA), Valvoline Global Operations (USA), Sinopec SenMei Petroleum Company Ltd. SSPC (China), and Gas & Oil Pakistan Limited.

Previously, he has served as a Director for Aramco Fuels Poland (Poland) And Dhahran AlAhliya Schools Advisory Board (KSA).
