Shahid Mahmood Khan

A seasoned management professional with over three decades of diverse corporate experience in leadership, transformation, and innovation.

Shahid has held pivotal roles across prominent organizations, including Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), where he served as Managing Director from 2020 to 2023. During his tenure, he led significant projects, strategic planning, and culture transformation, achieving exceptional operational and financial performance for the group, with turnover surpassing PKR 1 trillion.

His expertise spans general management, financial strategy, marketing, corporate governance, business development, mergers & acquisitions, and energy policy formulation. He has spearheaded transformative initiatives, including refinery upgrades, greenfield projects, and renewable energy integration, aligning with global energy transition trends.

Previously, Shahid held key leadership roles in the automotive and energy sectors, including Indus Motor Company, Delphi Automotive Systems, and Agri Auto Industries. He also served as Chairman of the Audit Committee at Thal Limited and is certified by PICG to act as an independent director in listed companies.

He serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd.
